Both are good for remedy because tea contains caffeine and antioxidants which stimulate the blood circulation around the eyes. Then, put the tea bags in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes before applying them to your eyes. Cold cucumber can also substitute cold compress and tea bags.

Cucumber contains silica which is very essential for our healthy tissue. Make sure you get enough sleep to avoid dark circles around your eyes.
